Good size room - huge bathroom with shower and separated tub. Window with a nice view.

The room was proper big so if you have a big suitcase or several, this would be great for that. The location is the BEST thing about the place. Super close to BIFF, shopping stores just around the corner, convenience stores near, bus stops and a metro station close by which got us straight and easy from the railroad station.

The room was simply not clean. The floors were a bit dirty which I could ignore but I found a bug on the bed by my pillow yikes and I proper freaked out lol. It was not a bed bug but still not okay. The room even came with a can of bug spray so I think they know about this problem lol

Located next to shopping street. Food options were there

Fresh and clean! The view park's side. The space was confortable.

The location was ok.

The room was dirty. The bedsheets were not clean, with spots all over it. There was mold in the room. The bedding is put on a rubber sheet before the mattress, which makes noises while moving in the bed and is uncomfortable in general. While the attached private bath without doors seems modern, it comes with a huge disadvantage - anyone wakes you up during the night. An even more discouraging nuance is that whenever somebody above your room flushes or uses the bathroom in general, the sound of falling water wakes you up during the night. I am not exaggerating, the sound is very loud and is only partly decreased with earplugs.

I think the toilets were a bit loud at night I could hear the other bathroooms being used but oh well not too bad, also had to air the room out a bit when we first got there as it smelt a bit like cleaning products

It was conveniently in the centre.There were two chairs and a desk.

No sockets next to the bed.The toilet floor was dirty.The elevator door moved very very slowly.

The hotel was close to BIFF, jagalchi market, Lotte department store, transportation and the Busan tower. The room was clean, air-conditioning was very cool and the check in process was easy. For a couple it was a nice small hotel with the basics for a 2 night stay. Our view was the mountain side so when looking out the window, it was a nice leafy backdrop.

We only got 1 key card to share between us plus towel sheets are not provided with the room, however, the 4 hand towels and 2 bathrobes were enough to use if you don't want to pay extra.

The location is very convenient, the room is spacious and has everything for a comfortable trip. I was allowed to leave my luggage because I arrived earlier and the staff were very friendly

I expected a beautiful view from the window, as a result, the view was to the parking lot of the neighboring building. On the 2nd day of my stay, at 11, the door to the room abruptly opened and we went in with the cleaning, it was a little unexpected

Great location, convenient to access by subway and by bus.

The check-in is very late (4pm), which is not flexible at all unless you pay extra. In that regards the staff is not the most accommodating to help. The room in the surface looked clean, but it had a lot of hair in the shower and room floor.

The location was really cool! I enjoyed walking around by night as there were lots and lots of street food around. I didn't expected my bathroom to be in the middle of my room... I felt a bit sorry splashing water everywhere. But, hey, after a long day of work, why not!Also, big up to the staff and the kind lady who called a taxi for me at 4.00am!

Actually, there was no towel in my room. I've checked-in pretty late and didn't want to bother, so I've used my own towel.

Nice hotel, everyday cleaning and clean linen and Kimono. Spacious modern room. Staff friendly , nearby the metro Nampo. Nearby a lot of highlights of this side of de city

The location was amazing, the staff were super friendly and very helpful. One of the front desk employees that worked the morning shift went the extra mile and beyond for us. One of the cleaning ladies, Young Chu (sorry for butchering the spelling), was SO cute and friendly. She didn’t speak a word of English, but still talked to us as people she knew

The room was really big and clean. The windows a really soundproof and if you are on the sixth floor and above you have a great view on the Busan Tower. The hotel is in a quiet area but you have a big shopping street around the corner.

Location is good as very near to Subway and BIFF and nearby good cum shopping area. One of the room with big toilet and door for the bathtub.

There is not enough hanging rack or cupboard for clothing. One of the room has no door for the bath tub. Need to check in before 6pm and a bit rush if your flight is delayed.

Location was convenient, close to the mall, market and shops.

Transparent shower glass can be seen from the room . Lack of hooks inside the shower and bathroom. No night light. Temperament TV , plays up , hard to get it going . No lobby , more a motel than a hotel .

We have to thank one more time the hotel manager for his exceptional helpfulness when I got a health problem. He came with us to the hospital, made all the formalities as translator and talked with the doctors about my problem so that I received a very good treatment.

Clean and big. Enough room for luggage

The area was well placed with train stations near by along with many restaurants. Staff were kind and helpful
